•Type: Youth Triathlon Training Clinic

•Cost/Tickets: Registration is available through Active.com or TriUS Coaching. Registration typically closes when full or by July 28, 2026.

•On-Course Practice: Led by USA Triathlon Certified Coaches, kids will practice their swim, bike, run, and transition skills directly on the actual race course.

•Skill Requirements:

•Standard Kids Tri: Must be able to swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile.

•Mini Sprint: Must be able to swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles, and run 1.5 miles.

•Swim Certification: Successful completion of the swim portion of this clinic will certify first-time youth triathletes (ages 7-10) to compete in Koz Events kids triathlons.

•Amenities: Healthy post-clinic refreshments are provided for all participants.

•Required Documents: Parents must bring the Swim Certification Form to be signed by the coach upon completion.

•Gear: Kids should come ready with their swim gear (wetsuit recommended for open water), bike, helmet, and running shoes.

•Communication: An event email is sent to all registered participants during the week of the clinic.
