Key Participation Information
•Host Institution: The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
•Theme: "Centering Asia: Refiguring Connections, Recharting Futures".
•Primary Location: LUMS Campus, Lahore.
•Format: Primarily in-person, though limited virtual or hybrid participation options are available for those facing significant travel barriers, such as visa delays or political constraints.
•Submission Types: The conference accepts organized panels (3–5 papers) and roundtables; individual paper proposals are not considered.
•Visa Support: LUMS will provide letters of invitation and active support for visa applications for all registered international participants, including those from India.
•Keynote Speaker: Dr. Adil Najam, professor and former Vice Chancellor of LUMS, is the scheduled keynote speaker.
•Travel: Participants should fly into Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE), located approximately 20–30 minutes from the LUMS campus.
