DescriptionLed by instructor Dawn Lewis, this course teaches Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) specifically for the lymphatic system. Participants will learn techniques to decrease inflammation-related fluid buildup and, on the final day, use SMRT positioning to work with scar tissue to increase mobility and decrease pain.
