Workshop Highlights

•Date: Saturday, May 9 – Sunday, May 10, 2026.

•Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

•Location: Historically held at BodyTree Wellness Studio on Mubarak Bin Mohammed St, Abu Dhabi (specific venue for May 2026 to be confirmed upon registration).

•Instructor: Typically taught by Master Instructor Parveez Saligh in English.

•Cost: Standard workshop fees are approximately 2,400 AED + 5% VAT, with an early bird discount available if registered before April 25, 2026.

•Curriculum: You will learn all 30 Level 1 moves, including regressions and progressions.

•6 Components: Training covers Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Traveling Forms (ABCs), Form Specific Stretches, Switches and Transitions, and Flows.

•Certification: Fitness professionals can become Certified AF Instructors by completing a post-workshop test-out process within 180 days. Non-professionals can earn the title of Official Flowist.
