Competition Context
•Friday, April 3, 2026:
•Competitions: Amateur and Open Piobaireachd (classical pipe music) and Open Snare Drumming.
•Workshops: A free snare drumming workshop led by senior adjudicator Eli Fugate is available for amateur drummers and instructors.
•Admission: Attendance on Friday is free.
•Saturday, April 4, 2026:
•Competitions: All other solo piping, snare, and tenor drumming events take place throughout the day.
•Pipe Band Contest: The band competition typically begins in the afternoon (approximately 2:30 PM).
•Awards & Ceilidh: The day concludes with an awards ceremony followed by an "After Hours" Ceilidh at the venue, featuring performances by solo aggregate winners.
•Admission: Gate admission is $10 for spectators ages 11 and up; competitors and volunteers enter for free.
