Tickets and Registration
•Date: Saturday, April 11 – Sunday, April 12, 2026.
•Primary Location: Gladys Porter Zoo, 500 East Ringgold Street, Brownsville, TX.
•Time: The zoo doors open at 8:30 AM, with official programming running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
•Hosted By: Visit Brownsville TX and the City of Brownsville, in partnership with the Gladys Porter Zoo.
•Guided Tours: 23 expert-led birding tours across nine different locations, including urban bird walks and campus tours at UTRGV Brownsville.
•Educational Programming: Eight workshops focused on creative and scientific topics such as bird photography, conservation, and parrot ecology.
•Exhibits & Market: A vendor hall featuring eco-friendly products and local crafts, along with conservation exhibits and a photography contest.
•Outdoor Adventures: Specialized activities including sunrise and sunset kayaking and cycling tours.
•Keynote Speaker: A featured keynote presentation will take place on Day 1.
•Family Activities: A "Kids Corner" and other youth-oriented educational activities.
