The Chef Signature Series: Celebrate Niagara - Niagara-on-the-Lake Edition is a premier culinary event taking place on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Hosted at Benchmark Restaurant within Niagara College’s Daniel J. Patterson Campus, this event brings together top regional chefs to create a multi-course menu showcasing the best of wine country.
This edition of the Chef Signature Series highlights the "loveliest town in Canada" by pairing world-class culinary talent with Niagara College students, who work alongside the chefs to prepare and serve the meal. The evening begins with a reception featuring the college's own award-winning wine, beer, and spirits.
