•Admission: $5 for adults; children 12 and under are free (must be accompanied by an adult).
•Scale: Features thousands of items from over 100 yard sellers under one roof.
•Amenities: The arena provides restrooms, handicap parking, food and drinks, and an on-site ATM.
•Spaces: 10x10 spaces typically cost $45 for household items and $70 for direct sellers (e.g., Paparazzi, Tupperware).
•Registration: Seller spaces are often sold through Eventbrite and frequently sell out months in advance.
•Setup: Sellers must set up on Friday, April 3 (12:00 PM–7:00 PM) or Saturday, April 4 (7:15 AM–8:45 AM). Sellers must check in by 8:15 AM on Saturday.
•Restrictions: Tables and electricity are not provided. Prohibited items for sale include weapons, toy weapons, food, and propane tanks.
