Discovery Fridays

Discovery Fridays is a science-focused day camp event taking place on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Don Harrington Discovery Center (DHDC) in Amarillo, Texas. This program is designed to provide hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) experiences for children aged 4 to 11.

Registration and Pricing 

Full Day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): $55.00. Note: Full-day campers must be at least 5 years old and bring their own lunch.

Morning Half-Day (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM): $30.00.

Afternoon Half-Day (12:30 PM – 4:00 PM): $30.00.

School Of Rock - The Musical: 7:30 PM at Amarillo Little Theatre - Mainstage.

Live Music - Cela Harper: 8:00 PM at Golden Light Cantina.

Live Music - West Bound Hearts: 9:00 PM at The Western Horseman Club.

Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy 30th Anniversary: Held at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex.
