HYROX Incheon
The AirAsia HYROX Incheon event is scheduled for May 15–17, 2026, at the Songdo Convensia in the Yeonsu-gu district of Incheon, South Korea. This three-day competition is part of the 2025/26 season and follows the standard HYROX format of eight 1km runs interspersed with eight functional workout stations.
The event expanded to three days due to high demand. Below is the provisional schedule, which is subject to change:
Individual start times are typically released approximately three days before the event.
Participants receive a HYROX finisher patch, a detailed results breakdown with split timings for each station, and access to hydration stations throughout the course. Top performers in Pro divisions can also earn qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships.
