DescriptionThis performance explores themes of dance ownership and cultural appropriation. It centers on the "Milly Rock," a dance move popularized by Brooklyn rapper 2 Milly that was later used in the video game Fortnite without credit. Nedd and four other dancers use repetitive iterations of the move to explore viral dance culture and its roots in Black creativity.
