•Specialised Segments: 18 segments covering fine food, fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy, halal, snacks, bakery, coffee/tea, foodservice equipment, and hospitality technology.
•FutureFWD: A new platform focusing on AI, robotics, and digital transformation in hospitality and retail.
•Sustainability Summit: Sessions advancing future-ready and responsible food systems.
•Competitions: Elite events including the Young Chefs Grand Prix, Asian Pastry Cup, and FHA Bakery & Dessert Challenges.
•Region of Honour: The European Union will debut as the Region of Honour, showcasing premium products.
