What to Expect

•Day & Time: Every Thursday night from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

•Location: The Old Wollongong Courthouse, 1 Harbour St, Wollongong NSW 2500.

•Cost: $8 AUD (payable via cash or EFT at the door).

•2026 Schedule: Sessions are scheduled to run throughout the year, with the final anticipated date for the 2026 edition being Thursday, 17 December 2026.

•The Experience: A one-hour "sweatfest" on the dancefloor where lights are kept low enough that you can only see silhouettes.

•The Rules: There are no teachers, no steps to learn, and no mirrors. It is a drug and alcohol-free environment.

•Music: Eclectic playlists that range from 80s retro and classic hits to modern electronic dance music, hip hop, and soul.

•Preparation: Attendees are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes (lycra is optional!).
