Pedagogical Awakenings - Ballarat is a professional learning event for educators scheduled for 31 July to 1 August 2026 at the Centre for Early Education (Ballarat Grammar) in Wendouree, Victoria. Hosted by Circularity Consulting, the two-day interactive workshop focuses on "Designing Conceptual Frameworks to Support Intentionality".
Led by expert consultants Catharine Hydon and Kerrie O'Neill, the session explores the circular relationship between educators and children. It draws inspiration from the Reggio Emilia pedagogy and aligns with the Approved Frameworks (EYLF 2022 V2.0 and VEYLDF). Participants will explore how to use conceptual frameworks to curate learning contexts and exercise professional agency.
