•March 13 & 14: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with High Desert Firearm Training.

•March 28 & 29: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with Right 2 Bear Training (Note: This session may be sold out).

•April 12 & 13: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Apple Valley Gun Club via Eventbrite.

•Cost: Fees typically range from $225 to $322, depending on the instructor and range fees.

•Prerequisite: For San Bernardino County, you must generally receive approval from your background investigator before registering for the class.

•Curriculum: Includes 16 hours of in-person instruction covering firearm safety, state and federal laws, civil liability, and a live-fire range qualification.

•Firearms: Do not bring firearms or ammunition into the classroom; they must remain secured and unloaded in your vehicle until instructed otherwise.

•Registration: Pre-registration is mandatory; walk-ins are not permitted.

•Qualification: You must pass a range qualification with each firearm you intend to list on your permit (maximum of three).
