SUNSHINE CIRCLES – Townsville
The SUNSHINE CIRCLES® event in South Townsville is a professional two-day training workshop scheduled for June 11–12, 2026. This evidence-based program, presented by Compass Seminars Australia, is designed for educators and mental health professionals to help foster social and emotional development in children.
This training is specifically for teachers, early childhood educators, social workers, and school psychologists. Based on Theraplay® principles, the program teaches participants how to lead playful, structured group activities that improve classroom quality and child self-regulation.
The curriculum focuses on three core rules for children: "No Hurts, Stick Together, and Have Fun!". Attendees must participate in both full days to receive their certification.
