•Texas Route 66 Festival Finale: June 13, 2026 (11 AM – 7 PM). Held in the Amarillo Route 66 Historic District, this massive closing event features a car and bike show, the Miss Texas Route 66 Pinup Pageant, Elvis impersonators, and a corn dog eating contest. Admission is free.

•Coors Cowboy Club Cattle Drive & Parade: June 6, 2026 (10 AM). A true Amarillo tradition where a herd of Texas Longhorns is driven through downtown starting at 11th & Polk St. toward the Tri-State Fairgrounds.

•TX 66 West Bus Tour: June 11, 2026. Departs from 3503 SW 6th Ave to explore Vega, Midpoint Cafe, and the Glenrio Ghost Town.

•Route 66 Motor Speedway Races: Various dates including Veterans Night (May 16), $1000 to win 305 Sprints (June 27), and Championship Night (August 29).

•RT 66 Road Race: June 13, 2026 (7 AM). Includes a timed 5K/10K and a 1-Mile Fun Walk starting at 920 SW 7th Ave.

•The Big Texan Soiree: June 10, 2026. A social gathering with live music at the Big Texan Beer Garden.
