The Signature Food Fest (TSFF) 5th Edition is a month-long culinary celebration in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, scheduled for May 2026. The festival aims to showcase the region's best culinary talents across restaurants, cafés, bistros, and hotels.

Participating Establishments

•Signature Showcase (Opening Weekend):

•Date: 1st – 3rd May 2026.

•Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

•Venue: Riverson The Walk, Kota Kinabalu.

•Highlights: A 3-day exhibition featuring participating establishments, food carving and outdoor cooking competitions, a "Pizza Buffet Bonanza," and a kids' carnival. Admission is free for the public.

•Official Opening Ceremony: 2nd May 2026 at 2:00 PM at Riverson The Walk.

•Signature Menu Month:

•Date: 1st – 31st May 2026.

•Activity: Participating outlets will offer exclusive signature menus for the public to "Dine, Win & Vote". A total of 10,000 free Booklet Guides will be distributed to help diners explore these offers.

•Signature Awards Night:

•Date: 5th June 2026.

•Venue: Grandis Hotels & Resorts.

•Type: By invitation only. Over 17 awards will be presented to honor excellence in the industry.
