The Town and The City Festival 2026 is a three-day music and arts event held in downtown Lowell, MA, from Thursday, April 30 to Saturday, May 2, 2026. Now in its 7th edition, the "venue-hopping" festival features over 50 performers across more than a dozen local venues, celebrating the artistic spirit of Lowell native Jack Kerouac.
