Job Description
Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that maximize productivity while accommodating facility usage.Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Perform regular inspections of areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with health regulations.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting operational flow.Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.Prepare and manage cleaning budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective practices.Implement training programs focused on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in cleaning technologies to improve service quality.
