Job Description
Company Overview:
We are an on-call services company providing babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services across Dubai. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to manage safe and timely pick-up and drop-off of our female blue-collar staff deployed at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport female staff (babysitters, nannies, housekeeping staff) to and from client locations.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS/navigation tools to minimize travel time and fuel usage.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and daily trip logs.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Support on-call scheduling requirements, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid UAE Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Dubai.
• Prior experience handling pick and drop for female staff (cleaning services, facilities management, or similar companies preferred).
• Familiarity with Dubai roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good work ethic.

Salary & Benefits:
• AED 2,500 for the first month
• Additional AED 500 – 1,000 from the second month onwards (Overtime, performance-based incentives, and mileage allowance)
