Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented welder to join our billionaire construction client in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the fabrication, installation, and finishing of metal doors, windows, and handrails, ensuring structural integrity, aesthetic quality, and compliance with safety and building standards. This position is critical to delivering high-quality interior and exterior metalwork across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure timely execution, precision craftsmanship, and adherence to design specifications. With a strong foundation in welding techniques, material handling, and safety protocols, this role demands both technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal doors, windows, and handrails using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and stick welding).
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design schematics to accurately execute metalwork components.
• Perform precise cutting, shaping, and fitting of metal materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) to meet project specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure structural soundness and visual appeal.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site and in the workshop.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in material preparation including measuring, marking, and aligning components prior to welding.
• Document work progress and report any defects, delays, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in metal fabrication and welding, specifically in metal doors, windows, and handrails.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques with proven ability to produce clean, durable welds.
• Strong understanding of metal properties, structural integrity, and safety standards in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and finishing techniques to ensure aesthetic alignment with project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid UAE work permit and willingness to undergo visa processing (50% sponsorship or office-based arrangement).
• Must be willing to work in Al Ain UAE and comply with age and nationality eligibility criteria.
• Must have access to medical insurance and be eligible for employer-provided coverage.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying site conditions including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Familiarity with SAP-NetWeaver AS (preferred but not mandatory) for documentation and project tracking.
