Job Title: Waitress (Female)

Job Summary
Kanka Restaurant is looking for a friendly and professional waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and represent the restaurant in a positive and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Present menus and suggest items when needed

Requirements
• Previous experience as a waitress is preferred
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong customer service skills
