Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Packer Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Packer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficient packaging of products
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns
- Monitor packaging supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed
- Record production data and maintain accurate records of inventory and packaging materials
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with packaging equipment or process
- Train new employees on packaging procedures and equipment operation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating packaging equipment in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
