Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our custom home building team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality craftsmanship and have a keen eye for detail, focusing on the final, visible touches of our residential projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Install high-quality interior trim, crown molding, baseboards, and casing.
• Hang and adjust custom doors, windows, and hardware.
• Install custom cabinetry, built-in shelving, and specialized millwork.
• Assemble and install intricate staircase components and railings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in trim or finish carpentry.
• Proficiency with power tools (miter saw, table saw, router, track saw).
• Ability to work to 1/16-inch tolerances.
• Reliable transportation and personal basic tools.
