Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Site Technical Support: Accompany the Designer to project sites to check measurements and advise on the best construction methods and materials.
• Cabinetry & Joinery: Expertly fabricate kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity units, and decorative wall panels.
• Material Expertise: Provide "smart ideas" on wood types, hardware (hinges/slides), and finishes (PU paint, polish, laminate).
• High-End Finishing: Ensure all joints, edges, and doors have a perfect, "gap-free" finish before delivery.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential installation issues on-site before the furniture is built in the shop.
• Business Growth: Help the company grow by maintaining high quality that leads to client referrals.

Requirements
• Experience: 5–10 years in High-End Interior Fit-out or a specialized Carpentry Shop.
• Technical Skills: Must be able to read Shop Drawings and cut-lists perfectly.
• Finishing Skills: Expert knowledge of wood assembly and high-quality finishing.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical woodcraft to a Designer or Client clearly.
• Mentorship: Willingness to lead a small team of junior carpenters if needed.
