Job Description
Job Summary:
The MIG Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication works related to BMU systems, including maintenance, repair, and modification of structural components, platforms, and safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on BMU structures such as cradles, davits, rails, and support frames.
• Carry out repair and maintenance welding on damaged or worn-out metal parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards.
• Inspect welded joints for defects and perform necessary corrections.
• Assist in installation and modification of BMU components.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage of tools.
• Follow UAE safety regulations and company procedures, especially for working at height.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in MIG welding, preferably in BMU or structural steel works.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Basic knowledge of BMU systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage.
• Relevant welding certification is preferred.
