Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor who has strong knowledge in all aspects of carpentry work and can confidently lead a team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing site activities while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all types of carpentry works (installation, repair, finishing, framing, etc.)
• Read and interpret drawings and plans
• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and helpers
• Plan daily activities and ensure work is completed on time
• Monitor quality of work and ensure safety standards are followed
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Handle materials, tools, and site requirements efficiently

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter 2-3 years
• Strong knowledge in all carpentry works
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Experience in UAE is an advantage
