Job Description
Fulfil day to day driving activities as per the schedules provided.
Check the vehicle from outside / inside for cleanliness on a daily basis and report any unusual things found to the immediate site operations coordinator.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle at all time.
Drive customers TO and FRO on an utmost safe and timely manner.
Abide to company s QHSE standards and follow all instructions strictly
Follow all the Transportation rules & regulations while performing duties.
Provide vehicle to Fleet Coordinator for servicing of the vehicle on a due date.
Always follow Safe Distance maintaining and precautious safe driving.
If met with accident, immediately call coordinator and give the detailed report. Assist on getting alternative transportation for the passengers traveling on the bus. Wait for the Traffic Police to come.
Collect proper police report and follow the instruction from Fleet Supervisor to handle and/ or bring the bus to the workshop.
To assist passengers with loading luggage and other baggage into the vehicle.
Prior to each trip or journey, check the condition of the vehicle s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel & water levels, ensure that safety equipment is in working order and to report any defect/faults to the management immediately.
To promote the Company in general and to do everything possible to enhance the company image through appearance and behaviour, reporting for duty sober, alert, rested, in full uniform and on time.
Participate in environmental activities with customer and/or company whenever possible.
To follow the H&S policy and guidelines and report any health and safety gap/ non-compliance/ near miss or hazardous risks within the workplace.
