We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as a Plumber/AC Technician/Painter/Electrician. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing essential systems across commercial and residential projects. Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and pipe threading.
• Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Perform electrical work such as wiring, circuit troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and installing lighting fixtures.
• Execute painting tasks including surface preparation, priming, painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools for construction tasks like carpentry, remodeling, assembly, and heavy lifting.
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair projects on construction sites.
• Conduct welding when necessary for pipe repairs or structural modifications while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with general maintenance person duties such as remodeling projects, fixture installations, and site cleanup.
• Operate construction equipment and vehicles in compliance with safety regulations for commercial driving when required.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
