Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as a Plumber/AC Technician/Painter/Electrician. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing essential systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and general construction tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties
β€’ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and pipe threading.
β€’ Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
β€’ Perform electrical work such as wiring, circuit troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and installing lighting fixtures.
β€’ Execute painting tasks including surface preparation, priming, painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
β€’ Use hand tools and power tools for construction tasks like carpentry, remodeling, assembly, and heavy lifting.
β€’ Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair projects on construction sites.
β€’ Conduct welding when necessary for pipe repairs or structural modifications while adhering to safety standards.
β€’ Assist with general maintenance person duties such as remodeling projects, fixture installations, and site cleanup.
β€’ Operate construction equipment and vehicles in compliance with safety regulations for commercial driving when required.
β€’ Collaborate with team members on construction site projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements
β€’ Proven experience in construction trades including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC service, or painting.
β€’ Familiarity with construction site safety procedures
β€’ Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus.
β€’ Knowledge of construction plumbing systems and HVAC components is essential.
β€’ Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
