Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.Guest RelationsWelcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to at all times.Maintain a positive and polite attitude, even under pressure.Reservations & Seating ManagementManage and confirm reservations using the restaurant’s reservation system.Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods.Coordinate table rotation to balance sections and maximize efficiency.Communicate clearly with the serving team regarding special guest requests, large parties, or VIP arrivals.Service SupportAssist with answering phone calls and handling inquiries about menu, reservations, or special events.Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and smooth service.Keep the hostess stand and entrance area clean and organized at all times.Offer support to other team members during peak hours.Welcome guests to the lounge area, ensuring they are comfortably with bar and lounge staff for guest requests and preferences.Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional grooming and organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Additional InformationThe work location is Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.
