Job Title: Welder (Hoarding & Exhibition Structures)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled welder with strong experience in the fabrication and installation of hoardings, signage frames, and exhibition stand structures. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling heavy structural work and leading a team on-site.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform welding and fabrication for hoardings, signage frames, exhibition stands, pylons, and unipoles
• Read and understand structural and technical drawings accurately
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components (MS, GI, aluminum)
• Ensure strong, clean, and precise welding joints
• Lead and manage a team of workers for site execution
• Handle installation and dismantling of structures at project sites
• Ensure all work is completed as per safety standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth and timely completion
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in welding for signage, hoardings, or exhibition structures
• Strong knowledge of reading structural drawings
• Experience in handling heavy structures such as pylons and unipoles
• Knowledge of welding techniques (ARC, MIG, TIG preferred)
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Physically fit and able to work on-site and at heights if required
• UAE experience preferred
