Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong Dubai market experience in Security Guard and Lifeguard Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing service contracts, and managing client relationships across corporate, industrial, construction, hospitality, residential, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities for Security Guard and Lifeguard services across UAE.
Generate leads through networking, client meetings, and market outreach.
Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, hotels, facilities management companies, and government entities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations, lifeguard standards, company policies, and HSE requirements.
Support HSE compliance, risk assessments, and safety/security training initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years Dubai experience in Security Guard and/or Lifeguard Services business development.
Proven track record in securing manpower and service contracts in Dubai.
Strong client network within Dubai market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of Dubai security industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and proposal preparation.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
