Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and oversee authentic Iranian/Persian dishes and kebabs
• Develop menus and seasonal specials
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise kitchen staff, training, and scheduling
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards are followed.
• Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen waste
• Coordinate with restaurant management for smooth operations

Requirements
• Proven experience as a head chef in an Iranian/Persian restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Persian cuisine, grilling, rice preparation, and traditional recipes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
