Job Description
Restaurant Manager | Abu Dhabi | Mediterranean Concept

A premier, growing hospitality group is seeking a Hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our stunning location on Yas Island .

This is a role for a “floor-first” leader – someone who thrives in the heat of service, loves engaging with guests, and leaves the administrative heavy lifting to our head office.
The Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the venue. You are responsible for maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, ensuring world-class service, and leading a motivated team by example.
Hands-on Service: We are looking for a manager who is “on the floor,” not “on the laptop.” Your presence during service is vital. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistent excellence. Operational Autonomy: Manage your own schedule and take ownership of the day-to-day flow of the restaurant. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and authentic Mediterranean dining experience. What We Are Looking For UAE Experience: Essential. You must have a solid understanding of the local market and hospitality landscape. Personality: Cheerful, high-energy, and approachable. You should naturally command a room with a positive attitude. Service-Driven: You prefer being in the thick of service rather than behind a desk. Location: Candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi within their probation period. (Please note: Relocation assistance is not provided). The Offer Salary: 15,000 AED per month – ALL INCLUSIVE Monthly Bonus: Performance-based incentives. Benefits: Comprehensive UAE Visa and Medical Insurance. Support: All administrative and “back-end” work is handled by our Head Office, allowing you to focus 100% on service and team management. Stability: Join a stable, growing hospitality group with excellent long-term prospects.
