Job Description
Our client is a growing Arabic fast casual restaurant brand, dedicated to delivering authentic flavors, exceptional service, and a modern dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead one of our client locations to success while ensuring a delightful dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless execution.
• Customer Experience: Act as the face of the restaurant, addressing guest inquiries and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through efficient operations and strategic upselling.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
• Staff Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and team morale.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor costs, and customer feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Brand Representation: Uphold and communicate the brand's values, standards, and vision at all times.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor, preferably within the fast casual or QSR sector.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
