We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, repairing, and constructing wooden structures and fixtures across our facilities. You will work collaboratively with our engineering and maintenance teams to ensure all carpentry projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Execute carpentry tasks according to project specifications, technical drawings, and preventive maintenance schedules with precision and attention to detail
• Perform repairs, installations, and modifications of wooden structures, fixtures, and furnishings while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to accurately complete assigned projects
• Maintain and organize all work areas, tools, and equipment in a professional manner, ensuring proper storage and inventory management after each shift
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on wooden structures and fixtures to identify potential issues before they escalate
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate projects and ensure seamless workflow and communication

Qualifications
• Appropriate documented training or certification from a recognized technical or vocational institute in carpentry or a related field
• Minimum one year of hands-on carpentry experience in a facilities management, hotel engineering, or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools with demonstrated proficiency in their safe and effective use
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with accuracy
• Solid understanding of civil construction principles and building standards applicable to the UAE
