DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING - ABU DHABI

We are working with a 5-star luxury hotel that is looking to add a Director of Housekeeping to their team. The Director of Hosuekeeping will manage all daily cleaning operations, staff, and laundry services to ensure high sanitation and luxury standards. This strategic leadership role requires strong organization, quality inspections, and guest service skills to maintain property reputation.

A bit about the role:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage housekeeping budget, supplies, and inventory efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.

We are looking for:
• 4-6 years of experience housekeeping experience with at least 2 years managerial experience or equivalent
• Expertise in cleaning chemicals, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) for tracking room status.
