We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber and Electrician to join our maintenance team. This role is integral in ensuring that all plumbing and electrical systems within our facilities are functioning optimally. Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems to meet specified standards.
• Carry out inspections and identify areas requiring repairs or maintenance.
• Perform electrical installations for lighting, wiring, and control systems.
• Fix and replace electrical components including circuit breakers and fuses.
• Provide preventive maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary tools and supplies for tasks.
• Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve efficient maintenance services.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for system installations.
• Offer guidance and support to apprentices and junior staff when needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls to resolve urgent plumbing or electrical issues.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as both a Plumber and Electrician.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in Plumbing and Electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
