About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Heavy Duty Driver to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy-duty vehicles while transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to and from various work sites. • Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, UAE regulations, and company safety policies
• Transport workers, materials, and equipment to and from work sites while ensuring all passengers adhere to safety protocols, including the use of seat belts
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, fuel consumption, mileage, and any incidents or delays, reporting findings to management
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery while considering traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, and safety considerations
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate logistics and address any concerns
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle operation, speed limits, and safety regulations
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability

What do we need from you
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy-duty vehicles
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience driving large or heavy-duty vehicles
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and inspection protocols
• Strong understanding of UAE traffic laws and local driving conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
