Job Description
We are searching for a skilled and versatile Welder cum Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both welding and fabrication tasks, contributing to the production and customization of high-quality off-roading vehicles and components.

Responsibilities:

1. Metal Fabrication: Utilize a range of metalworking techniques, including cutting, bending, and shaping, to fabricate components and structures for off-roading vehicles.

2. Welding: Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal components and structures in accordance with project specifications.

3. Interpret Technical Drawings: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and welding according to project requirements.

4. Material Selection: Choose appropriate metals and materials for each project, considering factors such as strength, durability, and weight.

5. Precision and Quality: Maintain high standards of precision and quality, inspecting fabricated parts for accuracy and visual appeal, and making necessary adjustments.

6. Welding Expertise: Produce strong and precise welds, paying particular attention to quality and the specific welding methods required for each project.

7. Equipment Operation: Set up and operate welding equipment and other metalworking tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace hazards and maintain a safe working environment.

9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during fabrication and welding processes, including material defects or equipment malfunctions.

10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the fabrication and welding team, including supervisors and other fabricators, to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in metal fabrication and welding is preferred.

2. Proven experience as a Welder cum Fabricator, ideally within the automotive or off-roading industry (Experience : Min 5 years)

3. Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

4. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

5. Familiarity with different types of metals, their properties, and appropriate welding and fabrication techniques for each.

6. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to metal fabrication and welding.

7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

8. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

9. Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in a workshop environment.
