Job Description
We are a joinery company specializing in residential and commercial fit-out works and are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to oversee site activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on joinery expertise, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and proven experience managing carpenters and helpers on site.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise carpenters and joinery teams at site
• Carry out joinery work in line with approved shop drawings and project specifications
• Read, interpret, and clearly communicate drawings to the team
• Plan daily tasks and allocate manpower effectively
• Coordinate closely with project managers and site supervisors
• Track progress and ensure work is completed within deadlines
• Ensure proper handling and usage of tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures at all times

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery and carpentry, with prior foreman or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and site manpower
• Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, fittings, and installation techniques
• Ability to coordinate with factory teams, site staff, and management
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Experience in UAE joinery or fit-out projects will be an added advantage
