Summary:

We are seeking a ten dynamic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses for one of our vibrant hospitality client based in Al Ain. Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
• Present menus, provide detailed food and beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, ensuring timely refills, replacements, and prompt resolution of any requests.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy, ensuring all transactions are processed securely and recorded correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any service discrepancies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and service equipment.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including handling of beverages, tableside service, and order accuracy.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, beverage containers).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Valid work visa and eligibility to work in the UAE (sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and possess a clean criminal record.
