Job Title: Security Guard (SIRA Certified)

Job Purpose

We are seeking SIRA Certified Security Guards for a Facility Management company in Dubai. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety and security of assigned premises, personnel, and assets while strictly complying with UAE regulations and company security procedures.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they hold a valid SIRA Security Guard Certification.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Ensure the safety and security of assigned site, personnel, visitors, and assets.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and control access as per site SOP.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized activities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and daily occurrence logs.
• Follow all SIRA regulations and company security policies at all times.
• Assist during emergency situations including fire alarms, evacuations, and medical incidents.
• Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site management for smooth security operations.

Experience & Qualifications
• Valid SIRA Security Guard Certification (Mandatory)
• SIRA Physical Fitness Certificate (as per regulatory requirement)
• Freshers with valid SIRA license are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols
• Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Educational Qualification
• Minimum High School / Higher Secondary Certificate
