Job Summary

An exciting role has arisen in the Security Department at Jumeirah Group for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The main purpose of this position is responsible for participating in the processes and activities required maintaining the security and safety of the Jumeirah Group, colleagues and guests.
• To be the main point of contact in emergency situations.
• To follow the security policies and procedures at all times.
• To do foot and vehicle patrols.
• To escalate all concerns related to Fire and Life & Safety to more senior colleagues.
• To make necessary entries in the security logbook and ensure information is registered on a daily basis.
• To handle lost and found inquiries.
• To control the colleague and outside visitor access points.
• To issue supplier passes and control property removal by using the correct authorization receipts.
• To be responsible for controlling traffic movements by preventing extended parking time at critical locations within the hotel premises.

Qualifications
• In order to be considered for this role you must have a Higher Secondary Education.
• At least 1 year experience in security and customer related service oriented role.
• You must able to communicate effectively in English, Additional languages are desirable (especially Arabic, Russian and French).
• You will approaching new tasks enthusiastically, thinks for self and takes responsibility for his /her actions, easily establishes and develops or maintains effective relationships.
