A luxury Resort/Hotel in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and capable of managing staff while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, while ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Manage and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
• Monitor service quality and ensure a positive customer dining experience.
• Handle staff scheduling, task assignments, and team coordination.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in the workplace.
• Assist management in maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Strong experience(1-3) as a Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Supervisor in hospitality or restaurant industry.
