Job Description
❖ Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and electrical systems, including pipes, fittings,
valves, fixtures (sinks, toilet accessories, water heaters), pumps, and drainage systems, as
well as electrical wiring, equipment, motors, switch gears, and control systems.
❖ Diagnose and resolve plumbing and electrical issues such as leaks, blockages, and low
water pressure, and electrical faults or malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools.
❖ Conduct regular inspections, testing, cleaning, servicing, and component replacement to
prevent breakdowns and ensure system reliability.
❖ Work with hot and cold water systems, heating, cooling, process piping, and electrical
control systems in compliance with technical standards.
❖ Read and understand building plans, specifications and drawings.
❖ Respond promptly to urgent breakdowns, service calls, and emergency maintenance issues.
❖ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
❖ Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance staff to ensure smooth
operations.
❖ Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials while following safety regulations
and safe working practices.
❖ Good in English or Arabic or Urdu
