Job Description
The Project Engineer – Plumbing is responsible for the planning, design coordination, execution, and supervision of plumbing systems in construction projects. The role ensures that all plumbing work complies with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Review plumbing design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other disciplines to resolve design issues.
• Plan and manage site execution of plumbing systems including drainage, water supply, and stormwater systems.
• Supervise and guide subcontractors, technicians, and plumbing teams on-site.
• Ensure all plumbing works are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Assist in material take-offs, procurement, and verification of delivered items.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of plumbing systems.
• Maintain documentation including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related issues promptly.
