Job Description
Online Delivery & Digital Coordinator (Malayalam Speaker)

We are looking for an Online Delivery & Digital Coordinator who is fluent in Malayalam and has experience managing online food delivery platforms such as Noon, Talabat, Careem, Smiles, and similar applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor orders from online delivery platforms (Noon, Talabat, Careem, Smiles, etc.).
• Coordinate with the operations/kitchen team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Handle menu updates, pricing changes, and promotions on delivery platforms.
• Track order performance and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues.
• Maintain communication with platform account managers when required.
• Monitor online ratings and customer feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Malayalam and English.
• Experience handling online delivery platforms (Noon, Talabat, Careem, Smiles, etc.).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple online orders and digital platforms efficiently.
• Experience in F&B or restaurant operations is
