Job Description
Lead and supervise plumbing teams on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.Conduct regular inspections of plumbing work to guarantee compliance with local codes and regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.Manage inventory of plumbing supplies, ensuring that materials are available and properly stored to avoid project delays.Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer within the team.Prepare project reports and documentation, including daily logs, progress updates, and incident reports for management.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on-site, employing problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.Schedule and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship.Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for plumbing projects, helping to control expenses and enhance profitability.Promote a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members.
